Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan after subscribing?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the "Subscription" page in the system. Upgrades take effect immediately and will be pro-rated. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What are "Credits" and what are they used for?
"Credits" are primarily used for consumable value-added services. Each plan includes a certain amount of free monthly credits, and you can purchase more at any time if needed.
What if my clinic needs more doctors or locations?
Add doctor seats as your team grows. For multi-location operations or special requirements, please "Contact Us" for a tailored solution.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
Our pricing is transparent. Your subscription fee includes the base usage allowance for your plan. Additional storage, user accounts, and credits can be purchased separately at the published prices. There is no additional initial setup fee.
Will my data be saved after the trial period ends?
If you decide to subscribe to any paid plan after your 14-day free trial, all data you entered during the trial, including patient records, inventory, etc., will be fully retained for seamless continued use. If you choose not to subscribe, all data, including your login account, will be deleted after the trial period ends.
Is there an upload size limit for files?
Yes. To ensure system stability and performance, the upload size limit for a single file is 10MB. If you need to upload larger files, we recommend using an alternative file system.
