Yes. Our subscription includes all clinic management, AI and WhatsApp features, including appointment reminders, the conversation inbox and broadcast marketing. Each doctor includes 10,000 file storage items and 300 monthly credits. Credit features consume credits, and extra usage can be purchased separately.
"Credits" are primarily used for consumable value-added services. Your subscription includes 300 monthly credits per doctor, and you can purchase more at any time if needed.

Our pricing is transparent. Your subscription fee includes the base usage allowance for your plan. Additional storage and credits can be purchased separately at the published prices. Contact us for additional staff accounts. There is no additional initial setup fee.
If you decide to subscribe after your 14-day free trial, all data you entered during the trial, including patient records, inventory, etc., will be fully retained for seamless continued use. If you choose not to subscribe, all data, including your login account, will be deleted after the trial period ends.
Yes. To ensure system stability and performance, the upload size limit for a single file is 10MB. If you need to upload larger files, we recommend using an alternative file system.
